Yellow Banks is a Polk County park located along the Des Moines River about 4 miles SE of Pleasant Hill.
Meeting Place:
You can take many routes to the park, including Vandalia Road and SE 68th Street.
At the park entrance, take a left at the T-intersection inside the entrance. We'll meet at the parking lot near the first playground and then drive to the hiking site.
Restrooms are nearby, as is the park ranger's house. POC is Jackie Porter
