About the event
This is a traditional 5K / 10K event. Registration 9-11 am, finish by 2 pm. $4.
Enjoy an easy walk with lots of perks. You'll enjoy nature, outdoor art and one of the world's largest flowering crabapple arboretums. The 5K walk follows the park road along the Raccoon River. You'll enjoy the beauty of spring as you walk along the river. The 10K walk continues further along the park road.
You'll see the amphitheater plaza with playground and interesting artwork and continue to the Arie den Boer Arboretum, where the crabapple trees should be in bloom.
