About the event
Meet at Wheatsfield Co-op Grocery, 413 Northwest Avenue. We will walk the 5K and then head downtown to experience the arts and a bite to eat.
This walk qualifies for the Rails to Trails and the Walking with Veterans special programs.
Also, this is a "TRAVELING GUIDED WALK" and is a sanctioned walk that was not part of the club's annual scheduling process for 2025. Because it is a sanctioned walk, it is at least 5K in length, and a $4 fee is charged per person.
As a final note, this coincides with the city of Ames Art Walk (link to city of Ames Art Walk page)
